They are fit for the purpose for which they are intended and give the results that you and the business had agreed upon.
Our Services are delivered within a reasonable timeframe, whenever there is no agreed end date - otherwise they will be delivered within an agreed time period..STRIKA OHS takes all necessary steps to avoid loss and damage of your data, by storing it on a secure and encrytped Cloud Server.
Our products are provided for business use only on the condition that the service is never abused and only ever used for its intended purposes.
Consumer guarantees on our services also apply to bundled products and services, where we or our external provider provide a combined service - with proof of transaction provided by a receipt, invoice or credit card statement.
We guarantee business users of our products and services bought for business use, in the event that they clearly do not meet your expectations. Our guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for, but you changed your mind, because you:(a) saw it cheaper elsewhere(b) decided you did not like the purchase, or(c) had no use for it. In essence, STREIKA OHS does not have a ‘change of mind’ policy, however in such an instance we will happily terminate your account and cease any direct debit arrangements that may have been established.
